Ratan Tata is most likely to meet Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee and it is going to be the last attempt of the later to resolve the land dispute in Singur.
Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee and Ratan Tata somewhere forgot the political situation at West Bengal and both are paying the price for their ignorance. Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee tomorrow might try his best to convince Tata not to shift the Nano project from Singur. However, now it seems unlikely that Tata would be willing to take his words,
People at Tata Motors are already thinking of options like Uttarakhand and Karnataka.
If Tata Nano plant is shifted out of Singur, communist led government of West Bengal will certainly have a severe setback. The state with is already in deep trouble will further face a blow of its industrialization dream.
With all this one thing is clear that it is going to take a while before world’s cheapest car will touch Indian busy and crowded roads.
