Technical Specifications
Backed with 87 PS Power, Maruti Ritz automatic comes with a 1.2 liter K-series engine mated with a 4 speed automatic gearbox. The car’s mileage is expected to be 17.16 for the automatic.

Its diesel variant can belt out a maximum power of 73.97bhp and 190Nm torque, whereas, petrol mill can displace 1197cc and powerful enough to generate a peak power of 85.80bhp and 114Nm of torque. The rest of the engine specs and performance of the car are similar to the older, manual version.

Interior & Exteriors
Maruti Ritz’s interiors are done up very beautifully with a dual tone color scheme, giving a pleasant feeling to its occupants. There are various utility based features like accessory socket, front seat under tray and front door pocket with a few storage spaces. It has wide and well cushioned seats which provide good comfort.

In terms of exteriors, Ritz has an excellent and captivating body design and has quite a contemporary look. It does not look like the other hatchback models in Indian market. It had various stylish aspects equipped to it, which further adds to its overall appearance.

Safety
Airbags is available in only ZXi and ZDi version(2) which the company should look at very seriously. Indian car buyers are now aware of this and in future it might become mandatory for auto makers to have it even in the base models. Anti-lock braking system is however available with ZXi, ZDi and AT variants. Electronic stability control and traction control system is not there in any of the variants.
