    TVS Scooty Streak

TVS is all set to give a tough competition to the likes of Honda Aviator and Kinetic Flyte etc with the launch of the efficient TVS Streak. TVS Streak has been the talk of the town among young professionals and students, majorly among girls. The bike comes in a unisex style which is liked by the girls as well as boys alike.

The TVS Streak comes with an 87.8 cc 4-stroke engine. It can generate 3.68 kW @6500 rpm and 5.80 Nm @4000 rpm. The maximum speed it can attain is 60 kmph. The fuel economy is quite good at 55 kmpl. The vehicle starts shivering when you go to the higher speed levels. The amount of noise it produces is too much. But considering the fact that the mileage is quite good such things may be overlooked.

Coming to the suspensions for this bike, you would find it comes with aluminum telescopic type front suspension and toggle link type rear suspension. The brakes of the bike are drum type brakes with 110 mm in diameter. The brakes are quite capable and efficient but just like other bikes in the segment the weather does take its toll on the brake’s efficiency. The tyres are puncture resistant and come in 90/90X10 sizes.

The looks of the bike are very impressive and seems to be the strong area for the bike when it compares with its competitors. At the same time TVS Streak comes with a number of features and amenities as well such as glove box, mobile charging socket, side stand indicator, briefcase hook etc.

The TVS Streak can be bought for INR 43,000 which makes it a great buy considering the features it has to offer. But if you are looking for bike that can be used for longer commutes, you would be better off to check out the competitors.
