The exhaust, headlight, tank console, powertrain, and hand and foot controls all get black finishes instead of the previous chrome. The rear wheels are replaced with 15-inch wheels instead of the 18-inch ones used earlier. This gives the Freewheeler a more custom stance. The bobtail rear fenders and the mini-ape hangers potently round out the redesign.
