TVS Wego Review

Wego, the latest, clutch less scooterette from the house of TVS is a powerful unisex scooter that has become quite a hit. Its powerful engine and stylish looks have made Wego score in not just the appearance category but also under commuting and comfort categories.

Wego is powered by a 110cc single cylindrical engine that promises a maximum power of 8 bhp at 7500 rpm and a maximum torque of 8Nm at 5500 rpm. The engine is an all aluminum engine that eradicates any noise and favor the rider with a smooth and vibration free ride. It employs air cooling system to keep the engine cool.

TVS Wego has telescopic shock absorbers in the front which is so much better and efficient than the traditional ones. These telescopic absorbers help the rider to maintain a comfortable riding posture without hurting the rider’s spine during jerks.

The tyres are 12″ which is comparatively wider and the wheels are made of alloy; thus providing enough safety and also adds an appealing quality to the scooter.

The fuel knob is situated on the rear side of the scooter, saving the rider the inconvenience of getting off the scooter every time to fill and refill the tank. The fuel tank capacity is 5 liters.

Additional features like charging facility to charge your mobile on the go, combo lock facilities, an under the seat spacious storage compartment and a zero maintenance battery all add to the popularity of this scooterette.

In terms of looks too, Wego scores brownie points. The full metal body is fashionably done and looks extremely trendy.
