As we all know, a helmet is one of the most important pieces of equipment on a rider’s list of protective gear. Indeed, helmets are mandatory riding gear for bike riders, as they not only protect riders from head injury in case of an accident but also insulate against cold air, dust, and insects. In short, they ensure you have a safe ride on a two-wheeler.
Superior-quality helmets play an integral role in reducing road accidents; therefore, it is important to choose the best one, as they tend to save your life. Choosing the best bike helmet means picking the one that best protects your head, rather than one that’s only fashionable. However, there are helmets available that offer safe riding while also ensuring you look fashionable.
India is also witnessing the evolution of a new segment of premium helmets. Some evergreen brands of bike helmets in India are Studds, Steelbird, Vega and Aerostar. Some other companies that offer decent helmets include Wrangler, Viva, Spark, etc. These companies offer a variety of helmets,, including Open Face Helmets, Half Face Helmets, Full Face Helmets, Modular Helmets, and Motocross Helmets.

Stellbird is Best in My Opinion.
which helmet model is lightest weight (in any brand) ? Please let me know to buy.
ya i also want to know which helmet has lightest weight?
Yes, as far as helmet design, i cannot find any indian helmet that looks right. All Indian helmet companies seriously need to change their helmet design as well as their helmet designer.
I would like to know why are all indian helmets always look very ugly and oddly shaped. Studds, Vega or Steelbird are a big company but, can’t they atleast once make a helmet that looks right.
If you are so brilliant in designing then send your recommendations to the company to make a good one, don’t say Indian helmets because Indians can do great things on their own but being a secular country, we give chance to everybody to prove their mettle and survive. Thanks for your suggestion, but please don’t make a blunder on commenting on India and Indian company. Jai Hind
My vote goes for Vega. I have used it and I think it is the best helmet in India.
how could vega be the no. 1 company in india if studds is the largest helmet manufacturing company in world?
My vote goes for STUDDS.
