Honda Aviator is Honda Motor India’s offering following the grand success that the Honda Activa has seen. Honda Activa has been a hot favorite among both male as well as female buyers. But Honda Aviator has been more popular among the male buyers. The reason why Honda Must have launched Aviator which was just a modified version of the Activa must have been that male in India still prefer motorcycles and scooters such as Activa etc. are looked as the things better owned by females. Just to keep the cash registers ringing, Honda needed a model that sounded more male oriented and hence came the Honda Aviator.

Talking about the performance, Honda Aviator comes with a 109 cc 4 stroke air cooled engine that can generate a good 8 bhp of maximum power at 8000 rpm and the maximum torque of 9 Nm at 5500 rpm. The new Aviator comes in two variants which are Aviator 110 and Aviator 110 Deluxe. The suspensions that the Honda Aviator is equipped with, are also better than many of the rival offerings and sets it apart from other scooters. Both front and rear brakes are 130 mm drum brakes. It is also equipped with the CBS safety system which manages the braking system efficiently.

The design and looks of the new Honda Aviator are also worth a look. Many have found the best looking Honda scooter around in India. It is available in many color options such as Rebel Red Metallic, Monsoon Gray Metallic, Berry Purple Metallic, Pearl Black, Pearl Sunbeam White. The new shades have also been added which are Pearl Heron Blue and Neo Orange Metallic.

The on road price of the Honda Aviator would remain around INR 53,000. On the other hand, the same for the Aviator Deluxe version is INR 58,000.
