    What’s New for 2026?

    The 2026 BMW F 900 R receives meaningful updates over its predecessor. Power is now bumped to 105 hp (up from 99 hp), and torque rises to 68.6 lb-ft. The big news is a new fully adjustable inverted front suspension with adjustable rebound, compression damping, and spring preload, paired with a new 6.5-inch TFT display. The bike has also shed around 3 kg thanks to a new lighter wheelset (1.8 kg lighter) and a lighter battery (0.8 kg lighter).

    Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), BMW Motorrad ABS Pro, and Dynamic Brake Control (DBC) are now all offered as standard equipment for 2026. The new BMW F 900 R also continues to include the 600-mile Ultimate Care Break-In Service. The 2026 model is offered in Snapper Rocks Blue, Triple Black, and Racing Blue Metallic colorways.

The fuel management of the system is performed by electronic injection along with a catalytic converter to reduce pollution.

    This bike comes out with a series of adjustments in terms of technology. With LED headlights and adaptations for daytime and night light. This bench is fully adjustable to different angles for optimum comfort. The roadster features riding modes that are specifically useful for controlling the motorcycle in varied conditions. A 6.5-inch TFT color display with BMW Motorrad Connectivity allows smartphone connection.

    The brake and clutch levers of the F 900 R are adjustable. Other notable features on this roadster include the TFT screen and BMW Motorrad Connectivity, plus a USB charging input.

    This dynamic F 900 R provides more torque for your riding pleasure for the 2026 model year. So that you don’t have to wait for the happy moments, simply rev it up to your heart’s content. The two-cylinder in-line engine of the bike delivers strong torque from 4,500 to 8,500 rpm, peaking at 68.6 lb-ft (93 Nm) at 6,500 rpm. This is just the right speed to get the most out of the power you have over two wheels.

    The adaptive headlight of this roadster (offered via the Headlight Pro option) switches on automatically at a lean angle. The separate LED elements in the headlight ensure the best possible illumination on the inside of a curve. This adds more comfort and safety along the line. Moreover, in terms of ergonomics, you can equip the F 900 R to fit you perfectly.
