2026 Harley Davidson Street Bob Review
Chopped down with low seats, and fat tires, Street Bob comes from the ‘bobber’ fashion in the custom world inspired by the post-WWII movement. However, the 2026 Harley-Davidson Street Bob is user-friendly. First, it is light for a big V-Twin, and now with the upgraded Milwaukee-Eight 117 power plant, it offers a little extra zip alongside credibility on the roads.
With mid-mount foot controls, upright riding position, and low 2-up seating along with black steel laced wheels and dark finishes, this is the bike you have always wanted to have. So occupy the two front-row seats for your next adventure.
Power & Styling Uniquely Paired
The Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic V-Twin engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission makes 120 lb-ft of torque. So it enables you to experience loads of torque-on-demand power. This is what you can feel along each twist coming together with the familiar Harley Davidson sound.
The previous Milwaukee Eight 114 engine has now been replaced by the more powerful Milwaukee Eight 117 engine for 2026. That significantly improves 0-to-60 performance, and The Street Bob can still sprint when it gets out on the highway.
A Powerful Bike for Beginners
The Street Bob main frame the classic Softail lines, while the stiffness and lightweight design convert into a responsive ride. With endless customization options, this Harley permits you to embrace numerous head-turning styles unlike you have ever sensed before.
With a relatively light frame and minimum distractions, the Street Bob could be the perfect first motorcycle for beginners. This Street Bob looks great, is comfortable, and handles even better. If you are a beginner and think you can handle a fairly designed Harley motorcycle, this DSB could be faster but does the job well. It is made for you.
Perfect Bike for Cruising
At 81.7 kg (180 lb.) operator weight, the Street Bob is the perfect bike for cruising around town. Or for riding out on the weekend. Thanks to its chopped look, it gets a top speed of 110 MPH and elevates its performance in other ways. As a result, the Street Bob continues to demand attention from anyone who wants to undertake a cruiser this year.
Knowing that Harley Davidson has a whole separate range of bikes under the ‘Touring’ banner, the Street Bob is equally comfortable over distance and touring. It is a long-distance hauler set relatively low, but it does a reasonably good job of taking you as far as the mile fuel tank range would allow.
Comfortable Biking at Its Best
You can never say that anyone makes a better bobber than Harley Davidson. The Street Bob checks all the boxes without compromising rider comfort. It approves to be a better bobber for a full day of riding.
While H-D Fat Bobs offer a relaxed riding position with forward foot controls, the Street Bobs, with stretched riding position coupled with mid-mount foot controls, avow you to feel slightly more energetic than the Fat Bob.
What’s New for 2026
The 2026 Street Bob receives major updates. The Milwaukee-Eight 117 Classic motor replaces the previous 114, the exhaust is reworked to a 2-into-1 with the catalyst in the header, and the bike now comes with a full Rider Safety Enhancements package as standard – including ABS, Traction Control (TCS), Drag-Torque Slip Control (DSCS), Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPMS), plus cornering-aware variants of all three. Other additions include selectable ride modes, a new 4-inch analog gauge with digital display, USB-C charging, and the legendary “stretched diamond” tank medallion across all five paint options. A new lower-priced Solo trim is also available in Dark Billiard Gray with cast wheels, solo seat, and no passenger pegs.
