The Indian biking scenario has changed drastically in the last couple of years. The current two-wheeler market is so competitive that bike makers can survive only if they offer products those are high-performing, fuel efficient and are within the budget of buyers. When it comes to the 350cc to 500cc segment, Royal Enfield is the name that offers you multiple powerful models along with greater fuel efficiency. Royal Enfield has had a long and rich history of developing iconic models since they have been in operation. Their bikes have always been simple cruisers that are quite different from modern motorcycles.

This segment only consists of 2 manufacturers i.e. Royal Enfield and KTM. These bikes might not suit for traveling for lower distances due to high power and larger moving parts. Though technology wise KTM is superior but not focusing on mileage might cost them in the long run. People owning these bikes look for long distance travels so, power might be primary focus for them but reasonable tank size is always required. The average of this class is better than 250cc segment where speed is more important than power.
